The only global force is the global market. The sphere of capital more and more depends on a strong state apparatus. I don’t believe that today’s state is disappearing and big corporations rule.

From 1890-1900 people knew there is a threat of a new war. Nobody believed that it can happen, but then it happened and this was the greatest shock for Europe. Where did that terrifying war come from? I’m afraid that we are in the same situation now, because of this instability in great power relations and so on and so on. But do you know what’s the problem? The problem is at that point humanity could afford such a war. Today we cannot, it would be a global catastrophe.

I’m not a moralist. I don’t care if people do it. But for me there is still something absolutely exclusive about loving just one person. When you have polyamory, open relationships, it’s usually too pragmatic. I have different needs: let’s say for intelligent talks or whatever, 'I need you for intense sex, I need you for fun, I need you…’ That’s not love for me. Love is not for satisfying your needs. Love is more methaphysical even, absolute trust.
